Ashley stars along Vanessa Hudgens in Disney's High School Musical. She portray Sharpay's character, the antagonist in the movie. She's an arrogant person who always wants her way. She has a domineering personality and likes to be in control even of her twin brother Ryan. Hot and sexy Ashley's character in High School Musical is the reverse side of her character in real life. She's a shy type of person, nice and at the same time smart.

Her career started when she was discovered by Bill Perlman, his current manager at South Shores Mall. She was three years old at that time, and went on to star in aroun one hundred national network commercials. At the age of eight, she got leading role in the Broadway Musical and toured internationally. Before she was cast in popular High School Musical, she has several television appearances as well as films. She became known for young audiences for playing Maddie Fitzpatrick on the Disney Channel Original Series “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody”. Aside from being an actress, she also persued a music career. Her debut album “Headstrong” sold 70,000 copies on it's first week.
